2️⃣ Add to Cart 🛒

• The cart lets you apply for provisional contracts for multiple rooms at once, helping you secure a place faster.
• Click "Add to Cart" to proceed with your selection.
• You can apply one by one, but adding up to 3 rooms helps you secure a room faster.

3️⃣ Apply for a Provisional Contract 💸

• Don’t worry, this step is not complicated at all.
  • You're not actually signing a contract at this stage—📌you're simply making a payment to reserve the room.
• The amount will be shown based on the your first priority room’s provisional deposit among the rooms in your cart.
• The actual payment will be made after the room is confirmed for you. If all the rooms are rejected, no payment will be made.
• The agency will confirm your application within 48 hours.

4️⃣ Booking Confirmed! 🎉

• Once the provisional contract is confirmed, the real estate agency address and main contract guidelines will be provided.
• Once your main contract appointment is set, you'll receive an email notification.
• You can check your booking details under “Bookings” in My Page.
