Look for the room on our room listings

Use the search filters on the CheckmateKorea platform to find rooms that meet your desired criteria! You can explore only the properties that match your criteria on room listings.

Apply for a provisional contract for the room you like

If you’ve found a room you would like to rent, complete the provisional contract application process on the platform. At this stage, you’ll need to pay the commission fee and provisional deposit.

Provisonal contract is made to fix the room exclusively for you before the main contract by paying approximately 10% of the deposit in advance.

Visit the real estate agency at the scheduled date

Once your provisional contract application is approved, the main contract date will also be confirmed. Make sure to visit the real estate agency on the scheduled date without being late.

Sign for the main contract and pay the remaining balance

Discuss the contract details with the agent and proceed to sign the contract. You will also need to pay the remaining balance before you move-in. For more detailed information about the final contract, please refer to the page below!
