1️⃣ Gas: Gas is used for cooking, heating, and hot water.

2️⃣ Electricity

3️⃣ Water : In Some multi-household buildings, the water bill for one floor is sometimes divided equally among the tenants living on the same floor.

4️⃣ Internet : If there is no internet installed in the building, you will need to contact an internet provider to have it set up yourself. Please note that most providers require a 1- or 2-year contract.

5️⃣ TV License Fee : It is a charge imposed by broadcasters for watching television. In South Korea, it is mainly levied for public broadcasters like KBS, and households with a TV are required to pay this fee.

❗Please check which utilities are included in the rent. Some property includes the Water and Internet fee in the rent. You can check it out on the contract paper.

For each utility, a bill showing the specific usage based on the usage period and meter readings is delivered to your home from the public utility providers

4️⃣ 청구금액(Billing amount) & 납기일(due date) This is the amount you need to pay and the deadline by which to pay it.

5️⃣ 사용기간(Usage period) This is the service usage period covered by the the bill.

6️⃣ 고객 전용 계좌(Customer-exclusive account) You can select any of these accounts to settle the bill.
